Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist to handle day-to-day technical issues and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and clients facing hardware, software, and network challenges—helping maintain operational efficiency and a reliable technology environment.

You will play a key role in system troubleshooting, device setup, IT documentation, training, and process improvement initiatives.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Log and document all support requests, resolutions, and follow-ups in the ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Deliver user training on systems, software applications, and IT best practices.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve systems and internal workflows.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and support methodologies.
  • Support IT projects and organizational initiatives as needed.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
  • Strong understanding of PC hardware, software applications, and networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience using IT support ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in fast-paced technical environments.
  • Familiarity with IT process optimization or ITIL practices.
