Welcome to jobcloud.online (the “Site”), a job board operated by JobCloud Online Ltd. or its affiliates (“JobCloud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and all services provided on or through it (collectively, the “Services”), including the “Easy Apply” feature.
By accessing or using the Site or submitting any information through Easy Apply or any other form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher) to use the Site or submit an application. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. No Account Registration Required

3. Easy Apply / Job Application Rules (for Job Seekers)

- You are authorized to act on behalf of the employer or recruiting entity.
- Every job posting is for a real, current, open position.
- Job postings comply with all applicable laws, including anti-discrimination and equal employment opportunity laws.
- You will not post jobs that: – Require applicants to pay money – Involve pyramid/multi-level marketing schemes – Are fraudulent or illegal – Contain false or misleading information
We reserve the right to remove or reject any job posting at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Submit false, misleading, or misleading information.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame others.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data from the Site without our prior written consent.
- Interfere with the proper working of the Site.
- Upload viruses or any malicious code.

- Site Content: All other content on jobcloud.online (design, logos, text, software, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including employer career pages). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of any third-party sites.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that jobs are legitimate, that you will receive a response to your application, or that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOB CLOUD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL arising from your use of the Site or Easy Apply feature — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobCloud and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your job applications, your job postings, or your violation of these Terms.

We may block your IP address, remove your job postings, or restrict your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.
12. Governing Law
